Covid Safety Precautions
For your safety as well as ours…
We are all in the same boat. We are all desperate for life to go ‘back to normal’ after quarantine. Unfortunately we all still need to take precautions and A Ladies Touch plans on continuing to do so until we are told its no longer needed. We are following the same guidelines that an RMT is right now as they are the closest thing to us. In order to be allowed to be open it is legally required that we adhere to those guidelines. But to be honesty we would follow them even if it wasn’t because our own health and safety is very important to us as is yours.
Here is a more in depth breakdown of the changes we have made for the time being.
Availability and Booking
Nina and Charlotte are currently accepting appointments. Instead of our usually set shifts we have moved to a prebooking system. Both Nina and Charlotte are accepting appointments any day of the week, still within our opening hours (10am to 10pm), but you need to book in advance. We are asking for a minimum of 4hrs notice but booking a day ahead of time is much more likely to get you the exact time you want. They still have lives and other commitments so there will be times when they aren’t available.
Penny currently isn’t accepting appointments and doesn’t have a start back date yet. When that is set we will post it.
This adjustment in the way we are taking bookings will help us minimize our interactions outside of our home by only coming in when we have a booking. Please be respectful of the fact we will be coming in specifically to see you. If you no show we won’t ever book you again unless you pay for the missed appointment. If you late cancel we will require a deposit next time.
The Appointment Itself
There are changes that have been made to ensure we are doing what we can to keep our clients and ourselves safe and healthy during the appointment.
We are adhering to social distancing measures wherever possible and will be requiring clients to bring and wear their own mask during their session. We will also be wearing a mask during your session. While you are face down for your massage we can place a pillowcase in the face cradle instead but the rest of the time you’ll need to wear your mask.
Hand sanitizer and a solo shower will be required upon arrival. We will minimize what gets brought into the space by asking that all your personal belongings be left in one place near the front.
An even more thorough cleaning than usual will be done before and after every client with a longer time spaced between appointments to allow for that. As always, all linens are changed and laundered after every client.
We aren’t able to offer the VIP sessions currently.
Last Thoughts
We know these changes are not ideal but hope you understand and appreciate our commitment to making sure we all stay safe. If we all do our part it will mean a shorter amount of time to get back to what feels closer to ‘normal’.
